How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. Enter your registered email address, and you'll receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
How do I add a new patient?
Navigate to the Patients section from the sidebar, then click the "Add New Patient" button. Fill in the required patient information including name, contact details, and medical history. Click "Save" to add the patient to your records.
How do I manage my clinic/organization?
Go to the Clinics section from the sidebar. Here you can add new clinics, edit existing clinic details, manage staff members, and configure clinic settings. Each clinic can have its own schedule, services, and team members.
How do I generate prescriptions?
Open a patient's profile, then navigate to their visit history. Create a new visit or select an existing one, then click on "Generate Prescription". Add medicines from your medicine database, specify dosage and duration, and generate a printable prescription.
How do I invite team members?
From your clinic settings, go to the "Members" or "Invitations" tab. Click "Invite Member", enter their email address, and select their role. They'll receive an invitation email with instructions to join your organization.
