Overview
At Denama Enterprises Private Limited, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Denama account, you can request account deletion by following the instructions below. Once your request is processed, your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team with the following information:

- Registered email address associated with your Denama account
- Full name as registered in the app
- Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve our services)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful processing of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
Personal Information
Name, email address, phone number, profile picture, and contact details
Medical & Health Data
Patient records, prescriptions, visit history, and any health-related information
Account Data
Login credentials, preferences, settings, and subscription information
Data Retention for Legal Compliance
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare compliance requirements, tax records, and legal obligations. This retained data will be securely stored and automatically deleted after the mandatory retention period expires. Retained data will not be used for any other purpose.
Processing Time
3–5 Working Days
Your deletion request will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
Important Information
- •Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- •If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion to avoid any billing issues.
- •You may be asked to verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
- •If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion request within 24 hours by contacting support.
